Current source repo for Debian package dahdi-firmware?

It was moved there along with all other pkg-voip packages.

No firmware file included has changed in newer upstream versions, and
therefore there was no real need to upload a new version. Using one from
a new version (be it to make it look more natural) would not hurt,
though).

So yes, the git repository has updated. The upstream git repository has
also updated, see the dahdi-linux source package.
