Just multiple persons - requires only one "Debian insider".

The only thing that requires a DD or DM is the final handover of the
source package to Debian. Anyone with an email account can help track
issues, anyone with a Debian system can help build and test packages,
and anyone can team up and create a salsa project with git access and
create a draft source package.

This is is one such group, consisting of volunteers interested in
maintaining realtime multimedia software in Debian. Some of us are
Debian "insiders", and some are not. Frankly I don't know how many we
are in the team currently or whom of us are Debian developers - I just
know that I have for some time been the only one actively working on the
asterisk package, and investing too little time in that for it to be in
shape for stable release.

So please, any and all help towards getting asterisk in shape for stable
release is helpful - including (after genuine investigation) posting to
that blocking bugreport that seemingly there is nothing more that can be
done - the package is as fit as is reasonably possible, and is expected
to stay that way for years ahead.
