[Pkg-xmpp-devel] libsignal-protocol-c transition? (dino-im, profanity, psi-plus)

Hi,

libsignal-protocol-c 2.3.2 waits now in NEW to get into
experimenal. New versions of dino-im and profanity build and run
fine with the new version. I'll upload them to experimental
after libsignal is in. psi-plus should also be uploaded then.
After the freeze, we ask the release team for the transition,
re-upload everything to unstable etc.
