I will avoid uploading of latest versions of Psi+ (>= 1.4.655)
because there are unfixed serious regressions there:
* broken usage of e2e encryption plugins
* broken message carbons

Once libsignal-protocol-c will be available in Debian unstable
just ask release team about binNMU for psi-plus-plugins package.

Psi+ works fine with both versions of libsignal-protocol-c.
