[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Updating qxmpp

I just had not enough free time to update this package in stable. (Current
package in unstable contains one patch which I was testing before preparing
update for stable.)

I may upload qxmpp-1.3.1 to unstable this week if you need it. It is quite well
tested thanks to PPA on Launchpad (see git branch "launchpad").


Side note for team members:
I hope to update all packages maintained by me before New Year. Including all
psi* packages related to XMPP.

Do not hesitate to ping me directly via email or via xmpp.
