I think it is good time to upload kaidan package to "experimental" now.
I hope it have time to go through NEW queue before freeze of "testing".
When kaidan package will come to "experimental" qxmpp-1.3.1 will be
already in "unstable", so you will be able to make a source upload to
"unstable" without any delay.
