A couple of days ago, I started getting problems while trying to
connect from Bitlbee to my Telegram account:

telegram - Logging in: Logged in
    telegram - Error: RPC_CALL_FAIL 420: FLOOD_WAIT_333
    telegram - Signing off..
telegram - Reconnecting in 5 seconds..

    telegram - Signing off..

Today I opened Telegram via the browser app, and was greeted by a
message saying:

    Error

    Hello Gunnar,

Please update Telegram to the latest version. The version you are
using is out of date and will stop working soon

Please check with upstream if a new version is available, and if so,
please push the update to Debian!

Thanks a lot,
