ZFS (and SPL) 0.7.6 has been released.

Most importantly, they add support for Linux 4.15 and
replacing a nested vdev. It also includes some performance
enhancements, documentation corrections, and zfs receive
option handling.

The 0001-Fix-bug-in-distclean-which-removes-needed-files
patch has been included upstream, and after removing
it, the .deb builds fine.
