The two patches on git master

* f54976dc8 Linux 4.11 compat: avoid refcount_t name conflict
* 18f57327e Linux 4.16 compat: inode_set_iversion()

concern compatibility with recent kernel updates. These should be
included in the ZFS packaging.

This, along with the packaging for 0.7.6, is included in
