The watch file is there to notify of new versions, humans will need to
react anyway.

zsh.org gets the tarballs before sf.net. Thus, the watch files triggers
earlier but nothing of consequence happens.

I would prefer to leave it pointed at zsh.org.

IMO, it's better to be strict about this rule and adapt it if needed. I
didn't see pws announce dashed/lettered version numbers so they will not
happen in the foreseeable future.
