Oh, right, I remember that there was zsh.org downtime for a day or two
recently. I though thought it was in December, not November, though.

Hrm, I think I saw watchfiles which looked just like improvements, but
not fixing errors. So I already wondered how long that message will
stay. So I guess they had temporary issues, too. Thanks for the
information!
And yes, I'm happy about your new service. I was just surprised that
zsh was hit by it. So I guess it was that recent (or another)
temporary zsh.org downtime which triggered you coming into action.
