I can at least confirm:

$ id czchen | fgrep zsh
$ 

Strangely danielsh-guest, who has exactly the same roles assigned in
the Alioth web interface, is member of the right groups:

$ id danielsh-guest | fgrep zsh
uid=379624(danielsh-guest) gid=379624(danielsh-guest) groups=379624(danielsh-guest),40155(pkg-zsh),110870(reproducible),80155(scm_pkg-zsh),150870(scm_reproducible),150859(scm_sepwatch)
$

I also checked that it hasn't been accidentially added to your old
guest account:

$ id czchen-guest | fgrep zsh
$

I've asked in IRC on #alioth if someone there has an idea. Will be
offline for probably the rest of the day though, so it might take a
moment until I read potential answers.

Ok, then they probably should be moved from collab-maint to pkg-zsh.
