[Pkg-zsh-devel] Review request (was: Refreshing patches for z-sy-h 0.7.0)

The upstream release is delaying because a regression has been found[1],
but in the meantime, I wonder if I might get another pair of eyes over
my recent changes, particularly the following two? —
