Not that I am aware of.  It was actually removed in that commit (use
-r 1.15 -r 1.16 to see the change done, instead of its inverse).

I notice from the CVS log that that line originated from the original
cvs import, so I guess it has been there a long time, and I decided to
remove it last summer.
