Hello Petter,

PatchSet 456

Author: pere
Not reporting info for files in /boot/ will reopen bug #229237.

Well I wonder if the correct fix to bug #229237 is not to change the
regexp to /boot/System\.map-(.*).

We need more test but is seems that:
1) /boot/System\.map-(.*). atime match the corresponding kernel boot time
given by last.

2) unlike /boot/vmlinuz-(.*), these files are not read by lilo (when
running /sbin/lilo).

Currently popcon report exactly the opposite of what it should:
Kernel no more in use are marked as voted because lilo read them when
installing the newer kernel (because of the /vmlinuz.old symlink).
(grub do not do that of course).

Could you check on yours machine if this is more accurate ?

(There is the issue that long running kernel will be reported as OLD, but
this is another bug #327693)

Cheers,
