[Popcon-developers] message could not be delivered

When I installed etch (5 boxes), the installer asked if I wanted to do
the popularity contest. I said I did, but I get bounces from time to
time. Here's today's:

What are your administrative prohibitions?

I tried telneting to port 25 and entering various commands, but I always
got '550 Administrative prohibition'. Here's a sample:

Maybe I should just purge popularity contest?? Is the info really useful
to you?

I am kind of curious, though, why this bounced...
