Right.  That was copied to
<URL:http://wiki.debian.org/DpkgConffileHandling> some time ago, and
that is were I found it.

Yeah.

I've reduced the severity of the blocking bug to important, and will
upgrade it tomorrow.

Replying to popcon-developers at lists.alioth.debian.org to get my mail
sorting to work and keeping the lurkers informed.
