The latest trac (1.12.3) includes jQuery 1.4.4. It seems that the change
in 1.12.3 only required an update of jQUery and no other code so perhaps
a libjs-jquery-1.4 will suffice.

Note that the 1.13 development branch currently uses jQuery 1.5.1.
