[Python-apps-team] Bug#645339: trac embeds a copy of jquery

That would require a new libjs-jquery-x.y.z package (new queue
and all that) when changing from Trac 0.12 to 0.13. Naming it
libjs-jquery-trac would make the change easier (no new queue
involved, only new package version).

I hope, that not too many Trac plugins start using all kind of
jQuery extensions, that we would have to package as well in
older versions...
