[Python-apps-team] moving trac packaging to git, and preparing trac 1.0.1 for experimental

First of all: Thanks for working on Trac!

The only objection I have is, that I strongly prefer to have
Trac and the Trac plugins with the same team/repository/tools/
workflows.

Do you plan to move the Trac plugins to collab-maint as well?
If yes, I have no objections, if no, I would prefer that Trac
stays with PAPT.

Is there any specific reason, why you don't like to maintain
Trac under the umbrella of the Python apps team? It's only git
vs. svn?
