[Python-apps-team] Trac v0.12.3 bug in tracd needs to be fixed

If you are using Debian 7 ("wheezy"), could you please try either
trac 0.12.5-3~deb7u1 from stable-proposed-updates [1] or
trac 1.0.1-2~bpo70+1 from wheezy-backports [2]?
