Based on other reports, irkerhook-git is useful as a very simple
method for adding irker support to a git repository, so I think that
should definitely stay as part of the package.

irkerhook-debian is more questionable, and perhaps is better kept as a
documentation example of other uses of irker.

Would you be willing to submit the upated irkerhook-git so the version
in the package can be upated?
