Hi. I can reproduce the FTBFS today, without waiting for 2020.

My build log is very similar to this one:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/buster/amd64/alot_0.8.1-1.rbuild.log.gz

File tests/static/gpg-keys/sec.gpg, for example, contains
a RSA key with an expiration date of 2019-07-11.

[ Note: buster is supposed to be supported approximately from 2019 to
2021 as stable and also from 2021 to 2023 as oldstable, and this
includes the year 2020, so I would have reported this as "serious"
  from the beginning ]

Thanks.
