[Python-apps-team] Bug#922061: Please package better ctop from https://github.com/bcicen/ctop

It would be nice if better ctop from https://ctop.sh would be packaged in
Debian.
Why Debian maintainers still keep old, unmaintained ctop package instead
swtiching to better and active maintained implementation?

There are two "ctop" packages out there, this one, packaged in Debian:
https://github.com/yadutaf/ctop/

... and "ctop.sh", not yet packaged in Debian but occupying a similar
namespace:
https://ctop.sh/https://github.com/bcicen/ctop

confusig. The last commit on yadutaf's program date from 2017 and
there hasn't been an update of the Debian package since stretch, so I
wonder if we really want to ship it with buster or maybe replace it
with ctop.sh.
