[Python-apps-team] Bug#971283: quodlibet doesn't remember browser-settings any more

Dear Maintainer,

for a few months now, I think since version 4.3.0 quodlibet doesn't remember my browser settings
any more. I use to have the browser-layout set to 'widescreen', which means that the columns for
artist, genre and label are located beside the songlist and not above it. Now I can set this
option and the layout changes as wanted but the next time I start quodlibet the layout is set back
again.

It's a little bit annoying and should be fixed!
