[Python-modules-team] Bug#393927: libapache2-mod-python: Can't install trac with mod_python.

The trac package recently has been changed to conflict with
libapache2-mod-python2.3, which is provided by
libapache2-mod-python (even though, as noted by Gallardo
Cruz, no python2.3 binaries are included in the package).

Because of this, one cannot at present install trac along
with libapache2-mod-python.  This is a serious problem for
anyone (like me :^) who wants to run trac with mod_python
under apache2.
