Indeed, it helps. The problem doesn't occur when building in a cleaner
environment. Turns out the build_sphinx target was using a sphinx
version from my local PYTHONPATH. I guess dh_sphinxdoc is checking if
jquery.js has the same version as the one that's generated by the sphinx
version in the python3-sphinx package? In other words, dh_sphinxdoc
should only be used if the documentation has been built using the same
python3-sphinx package?
