given the low popcon and pywebem not being devleoped by upstream 
anymore, I think it would be okay for you to take the name, if we find a 
proper way to let people know about it. I guess pywbem could ship 
wbemcli.py instead, then it would be obvious.

What would you think about a debconf notice which is displayed only to 
those who have python-wbem installed? or something like that?
Do you have better ideas?
