I could most certainly add a notice like that.  However, this is
actually a change in pywbem, thus I feel like it should be documented
there.  I also think a NEWS entry would be more than enough, as the
current wbemcli binary in pywbem looks more like an example than a
readily usable utility, so I don't expect a wide affected user base.
