[Python-modules-team] Bug#721864: Unable to import pylons.decorators with WebOb 1.2+

pylons/decorators/__init__.py has "from webob.multidict import
UnicodeMultiDict" which fails on current testing with "ImportError: cannot
import name UnicodeMultiDict". The import is not used so the line can be safely
removed. This seems to be fixed in 1.0.1.
