Dear Maintainer,

This package's setup.py imports setuptools, but it doesn't build-depend on python-setuptools or python3-setuptools, which causes an FTBFS in Ubuntu. Please explicitly build-depend on these packages.

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Build-depend on python-setuptools and python3-setuptools to fix FTBFS.
