I'd say the ‘python’ section is only appropriate if the package
primarily installs a Python *library*, or something very specific to
Python programming.
A “static site generator” clearly doesn't meet that, IMO.

Package section descriptions for “unstable” are listed at

What does the package primarily install? Would you characterise the
work's purpose as:
* web: “Web servers, browsers, proxies, download tools etc.”
* utils: “Utilities for file/disk manipulation, backup and archive
tools, system monitoring, input systems, etc.”
I think one of those two is best (this doesn't seem unusual enough for
the ‘misc’ section).
