[Python-modules-team] Comments regarding python3-simpletal_5.2-1_amd64.changes

This is a question solely on the naming of the source package, not
the Python versions supported.

Whilst we have some src:python3-* packages already it would be nice
to not have this ugliness/inconsistency.
