[Python-modules-team] Bug#938027: Bug#938027: python-pip: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye

I don't know of a reason not to go ahead, but if you do, please be careful of what's already in git.  Update to the new version is staged there.  It is blocked on updates for some of the packages it builds wheels from.
