Hi,

So I did the rebuild. I did not rebuild packages that are not in testing
(I usually don't rebuild them because there's so much brokenness among
them).

The logs for builds that succeeded with an unstable chroot, but failed
with unstable + sphinx from experimental, are available at
http://qa-logs.debian.net/2020/03/26/

I've also added http://qa-logs.debian.net/2020/03/26/00summary.txt
that summarizes the failures.

I can do the bug filing, but would need a template similar to
https://salsa.debian.org/lucas/collab-qa-tools/-/blob/master/lib/collab-qa/log-parser.rb#L644
with probably a paragraph of explanation about the custom sphinx
version, when you plan to upload to unstable, etc.

Lucas
