Thanks a lot again. This is just 74 broken packages, which is less than I
expected.

As you have that process automated, please file bugs. I have attached a
template.

Not all summaries are correct, for example "pyversions: Command not found"
is just a warning, and the real error is different. I guess it's not easy
to fix, so maybe you can file bugs as is, and I will retitle some of them
later.

#{@package} fails to build with Sphinx 2.4, currently available in
experimental.

Please see [1] for Sphinx changelog, which may give a hint of what changes in
Sphinx caused this error.

Also see [2] for the list of deprecated/removed APIs and possible alternatives
to them.

We are going to upload Sphinx 2.4 to unstable in a couple of weeks. When that
happens, we will bump the severity to serious.
