FWIW, we now also have Postgres backup enabled (still courtesy of DSA).

As part of the Postgres discussion with DSA, it occurred to me that we
need to decide what to do for the migration in of the current data.
There are (at least) 2 ways to go about it:

1) dump/restore DB + copy over all pre-extracted source packages from
   the current hosting location

2) clean slate: start fresh, and reinject all suites + archive.d.o
   directly on the new host

Thoughts and/or preferences?

(1) looks more appealing here.
