mattia: all in all: the WOW, that was really really nice to review and
see so much great progress!

these are my remaining comments after what we discussed on irc already:

d6b5858df1: cool!
df10b0d26b: can we afford to keep the old worker logs a day longer? 
8912daf2ba: wow! neat neat!
apt pining for our packages and email2irc.py rewrite are also great!
in general: so much wow!
c276d112b: has one non-comment change...
3db1646f9: oh, you reimplemented fcopy :) (though i do like
./hosts/common/)
0fb4a33c1: i dont think that file was accidently commited...?!?!
12b21850f: AFAICS the commit message is the only documentation of this,
shouldnt this also be noted in TODO for future reference/cleanup?

we could have a check / simple grep for git repos not yet migrated to
salsa...
