Unfortunately I am going to have to reject this package.  The license
information in debian/copyright is incorrect.

debian/copyright:

Copyright: 2018-2020 Andrew Redd, R Consortium
License: GPL-2

inst/examples/example.R - GPL 3+
R/parent.R - GPL 3+

Every file I checked is GPL-3+ (I did not check them all - you need to do
that).

Additionally, two files have copyright holders that are not listed:

R/pd_if.R:# Copyright: 2017 University of Utah
R/pd_function.R:# Copyright: 2017 University of Utah

Andrew Redd is listed at the Author, but not the copyright holder.  This needs
to be corrected too.

I did not review further than that.
