Thanks a lot.  So I just can "sit and wait" until you push a new verion 
of lwgeom (and tag the bug "upstream").

If there is a patch for sf in the githup repository as well it seems I
can also wait.  Bas, if you want to get things solved faster I can for
sure cherry pick the patches and upload.  Please ping the according
bug reports.
