aaah, ok , I did find this.

Yes, it is not the copyright of that file but its contents.

  googlesheets4-package.Rd  says: "\item RStudio [copyright holder, funder]"
  LICENSE says:  COPYRIGHT HOLDER: Jennifer Bryan and RStudio

So I would say that Jennifer Bryan is paid by RStudio for the work on 
r-cran-googlesheets4, but RStudio is the only copyright holder.
