Actually it was removed from BioC 3.10 and the fix is easy, so I just
uploaded a fixed version.

I will still fill a removal unless somebody objects.  The replacement
package, r-bioc-deseq2, is well established and I am not aware of
people or pipelines using the old version.

I note that the med-bio-dev metapackage will need to be updated
accordingly.  I can to so after my joini request is accepted.
