[R-pkg-team] Bug#1112007: autopkgtest depends on r-cran-gstat which is not in testing

It does have 4 autopkgtest-Depends (r-cran-raster/sp/spacetime/stars), 
and the entire point of #1112007 is that it's a bug when those are 
unsatisfiable.  I don't know whether its appropriate to disable these 
tests on s390x for now.  (If you remove those _packages_ on s390x, 
you're back to having to remove r-cran-sp's large-ish (23 direct, though 
not as large as a plain string search suggests, it isn't r-cran-spatial) 
reverse dependency tree on s390x.)

I also don't know when we plan to do the mass-removal on s390x that will 
be the longer-term solution.
