Hi Thorsten,

Have many thanks for your swift review. I saw that inconsistency in the 
files and thought like ... damn ... this will likely be rejected. In my 
opinion, the maintainer expressed that choice of his in the description. 
I don't want to ask, I must admit, don't have the mental energy and 
don't really stand behind the need to clarify the situation. There was 
freedom to choose a license. That freedom was used. If this now means 
that that R package does not enter the distribution, at least not via my 
hands, then so be it.

I had delayed one final upload that depends on r-cran-GlobalOptions and 
then all these (recommended) dependencies for vdjtools are done.
