[Reproducible-builds] Bug#764420: sometimes shows no diffing output for some files

Hi,

sometimes debbindiff shows no diffing output for some files:

eg from https://jenkins.debian.net//userContent/rb-pkg/php-horde-cache.html 
there is no diff showed for the file "horde_cache.reg" at all:

this is the complete output:
