[Reproducible-builds] Bug#764459: debbindiff: should not include PWD in output

Hi,

debbindiff includes the current working directory in the output, this should 
not be the case. Currently, when for example being started with 
PWD=/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/reproducible_build_random_packages/workspace at 2/tmp.7ZRphuBcIk 
the output starts with: 

/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/reproducible_build_random_packages/workspace at 2/tmp.7ZRphuBcIk/b1/httpcomponents-
core_4.3.2-2_amd64.changes vs.
/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/reproducible_build_random_packages/workspace at 2/tmp.7ZRphuBcIk/b2/httpcomponents-
core_4.3.2-2_amd64.changes
List of files does not match
[...]

instead it should be:

./b1/httpcomponents-core_4.3.2-2_amd64.changes vs.
./b2/httpcomponents-core_4.3.2-2_amd64.changes
List of files does not match
[...]
