thanks for your contributions! Here are some hints how to proceed...

I believe this is a workaround and the wiki page should be changed to reflect 
that. A solution would be to fix asciidoc to do that by default. Until then, 
this is a nice workaround! :-)

Also, a bug should be filled against asciidoc to achieve that.
