while I agree in general, I don't think bugs without patches are annoying. I 
still consider them to be very useful and much welcome.

and yes, sure, a bug with patch is a lot better ;-) But I'm quite an enemy of 
perfect, if perfect is an enemy of good ;-)

and yes, i'm totally super happy that our standard is "bugs with patches" but 
if people start with bugs only, that's cool too. (lowering the entry bar and 
all that.)
