[Reproducible-builds] Bug#783131: dracut: please make the package build reproducibly

Hi!

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that dracut could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch adds a revision date to the manpages. Once
applied, dracut can be built reproducibly in our current experimental
framework.
