Hi!

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that readline6 could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch adds an extra dh_fixperms to avoid difference with
different umasks. Once applied, readline6 can be built reproducibly in
our current experimental framework.
